If you’re a teenager and you’re worried about your relationship then try to talk to someone you trust about what you are experiencing first. You can also speak to a helpline. You can call Women’s Aid free from landlines and most mobiles about Domestic Violence between your parents on 0808 800 0340. You can also call this number if you’re a female and you’re experiencing violence or abuse in your own relationship.

If you are male and over 16 and experiencing violence or abuse in your relationship call the Men’s Advice Line free from landlines and from most mobiles on 0808 801 0327. They are open Monday Tuesday Wednesday 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm.
