Nottinghamshire Domestic Violence Forum is looking to recruit new committee members to join its Management Committee. NDVF has been involved in the development of work on domestic violence in Nottinghamshire for nearly 20 years and continues to deliver forward-thinking and innovative projects.

In the last year it has:

• Developed one of the first national resources for working with young people experiencing domestic violence in their own relationships.
• Developed one of the first available sets of good practice guidance for working with men experiencing domestic violence.
• Developed an internationally used website resource on domestic violence.

In the forthcoming year we will be:

• Developing a wide range of new translated information on domestic violence.
• Publishing good practice guidance for working with young people experiencing domestic violence in their own relationships.
• Developing a workbook for men perpetrating domestic violence.

We also co-ordinate and deliver training, run and facilitate the Nottingham City Voluntary Sector and Area Domestic Violence Forum, work in schools, deliver healthy relationships workshops to vulnerable young people, arrange seminars and work on the issue of men and boys experiencing and perpetrating domestic violence.
