This section has details of where to get help if you feel that someone you know has a drug or alcohol problem or you would like to access support yourself.By clicking here you can access information on the full range of local sources of help and support for drug and alcohol problems.
You can access the national drug advice website by clicking here. The website contains information on different types of drugs and their effects, general advice and information, and ways to get in touch with their helpline 0800 77 66 00.
There is also help available if you find discarded injecting equipment. If you find a discarded needle or other injecting equipment phone the 24hr hotline stating the location of the needle so that a trained officer can dispose of it safely 0115 9152242.
